OTL has grown in size and expertise over the years, currently servicing over 200 properties in the Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions, on programmed maintenance cycles.

OTL was one of the first companies in NZ to pioneer rope access and offer an alternative means of access to overcome difficult height problems in building maintenance.

OTL has developed a systemised approach to all height work. Regular programmed tasks, are all done the OTL way each and every time. We offer our clients an outstanding service that we are proud of.

OTL staff are all trained and certified in Industrial Rope access. Our Health and Safety management plan includes regular refresher training days, weekly meetings, active monitoring of each worksite and elaborate work plans for hazard management at each job. We do not use outside contractors, all our staff are handpicked, nurtured and trained the OTL way.
